These terms govern your use of our store at kyanite-king-minerals.myshopify.com and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Natural minerals, crystals, and fossils are one-of-a-kind items — color, size, and appearance may vary slightly from photos. Weights listed are approximate. We do not make any claims about the metaphysical or therapeutic properties of any product; such information is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not replace medical advice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to shipment.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. Contact us before returning any item. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly described. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, logos, and design — is the property of Crystal Earth Gallery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Earth Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
