Tektites, indochinites, or impactites are the result from a meteor collision and impact with the Earth where the material is thrown into the atmosphere and then rains back to the Earth in a purified molten state. Moldavite is a popular form of this effect from the meteorite cause.
This stone is said to be useful for protection from spiritual and physical attacks.
